We want you to truly experience the difference. That is why every eligible purchase is protected by our 30-Day Sleep Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery according to the terms below.
30-Day Sleep Guarantee
You may try your Novrya product at home for up to 30 days after delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a return and refund.
This guarantee allows reasonable product use for evaluation purposes.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused
- The product must be returned in reasonably clean condition
- All original packaging should be included when possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns showing excessive damage, misuse, or unsanitary condition beyond normal testing.
How to Request a Return
Please email contact@novrya.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product
- Proof of delivery (if available)
Our support team will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
This helps us keep pricing fair for all customers.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our Netherlands warehouse:
- Inspection may take up to 14 business days
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before warehouse processing begins.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused if:
- The return request is made after 30 days
- The product shows intentional damage or misuse
- The item is returned in an unsanitary condition beyond normal use
